Fyodor Dostoyevsky was a Russian novelist, short story writer, essayist, journalist and philosopher. He has a worldwide reputation as one of the XIX century’s most popular and influential cultural figures.

A documentary film maker Nina Zaretskaya will continue the conversation about Russian literature. She will talk about her meetings with writers and then show a movie about Yevgeny Yevtushenko entitled SHOULD THE CLOVER RUSTLE IN THE MEADOW… YEVGENY YEVTUSHENKO (39 min.). The Film is in Russian with English subtitles.

Nina Zaretskaya was born in Moscow and currently lives and works in New York. She graduated from the Moscow State University with a PhD in Philology, and has made a career as a documentary producer, TV journalist, video maker, show host, media art curator, founder and director of Art Media Center «TV Gallery» (1991), a Moscow institution highly praised for its contribution to the appearance and development of video and new media art in Russia. She is an author of numerous TV programs and documentaries.
